- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a cat scan done in March and was pleased. But the billing on the other hand.......... submitted financial aid paperwork upon receiving the first bill. I called billing right away to tell them the aid paperwork was submitted and to please put my account on hold. I have since received 3 more late notice statements and have called every time and was told financial aid decision was not made yet. I just called for the FOURTH time and was told there is no record of me calling or submitting paperwork at all!September 02, 2017by Andy Smith
